About the role

  • Assist the Group Captive prospective clients with obtaining historical exposure and loss information
  • Follow up with prospective clients/producers to assist/review/check completion of historical data
  • Respond to clients’ needs by providing/producing binders, certificates, policies, and other related items accurately and on time
  • Assists the Account Management Team in preparing insurance for company proposal requests

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent is required
  • More than 3 years of related P&C account support/operations experience preferred
  • Experience with agency management systems
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Teams and Copilot/AI; Advanced Excel preferred
