About the role
- Manage and execute broking strategies for Middle Market accounts.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with carriers; resolve placement challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong carrier and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with brokerage standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Broking Lead and Head of Brokerage on portfolio initiatives.
- Coach and develop Associate Broker/s; delegate tasks effectively.
- Support prospecting, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Drive utilization of preferred carriers, panels, and strategic programs.
- Contribute to achieving team KPIs: growth, retention, margin.
- Coordinate with underwriters.
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- More than 10 years of Commercial lines servicing/sales and industry experience
- Related supervisor, management or mentor/training experience
- P&C license required upon hire
