About the role
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the firm’s client base among Endowments and Foundations.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Present the firm’s investment consulting capabilities, including services such as Investment Policy Statement development, strategic asset allocation, manager due diligence, and performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with boards, investment committees, and senior leadership of nonprofit organizations.
- Partner with research, operations, marketing, and client service teams to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor trends in institutional investing, nonprofit governance, and regulatory developments impacting Endowments & Foundations.
- Drive achievement of sales targets and contribute to strategic growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 10 Years of Investment Consulting or Financial Industry Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
