About the role

  • You and the Value Added Services team take full responsibility for order intake and revenue generation in collaboration with our strategic partners in the Contact Center & AI area.
  • You manage our top partners and advise them on expanding their business success with Contact Center solutions.
  • You acquire new customers in cooperation with the sales colleagues of our top partners, technically supported by our Presales Consultants.
  • You maintain relationships with your contacts and purposefully develop them.
  • You support them holistically from the proposal stage through the project phase and beyond.
  • You network via social media and represent our company at (customer) events or industry gatherings such as CCW.
  • You actively contribute to product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development or Pre‑Sales within information technology, specifically in the CCaaS area.
  • You are experienced in dealing with top decision‑makers (C‑level) and have a solid industry and partner network within the Contact Center sector.
  • You are skilled in closing deals as well as in crafting customer‑specific value propositions.
  • You are tech‑savvy and want to understand how our software works.
  • In web sessions and on‑site meetings you excite our partners and their customers using your own demo instance and clearly highlight the USPs of our solution.
  • You demonstrate an open and confident presence and excellent communication skills while applying modern sales methods.
  • You are a team player who believes that complex, tailored customer solutions can only be achieved together.
  • You enjoy the hands‑on mentality of an international, medium‑sized company.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English, and willingness to travel within the D/A/CH region (primarily Germany).
