About the role
- You develop customized chat and voicebots for our clients
- You are involved in development from concept to deployment
- You determine how the required processes can be implemented in dialogue form
- You create the content needed for the chatbot
- You develop integrations with clients' system landscapes as required
- You use prompt engineering to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the bots
Requirements
- A successfully completed university degree or an equivalent qualification
- You already have professional experience in software development or chatbot development
- You have excellent programming skills in Python
- You have experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices
- You are solution-oriented and approach problems analytically and in a structured manner
- You enjoy working in a team and with agile methodologies
- You work independently
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
