About the role
- Independently acquire new customers among companies with >500 employees
- Responsible for the entire sales process — from opportunity identification and proposal creation to contract negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong network within target industries and at the decision-maker level (C-level)
- Leverage your existing contacts and lead sources to develop new business opportunities
- Pipeline management: independently plan, maintain and prioritize the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Conduct needs analyses, present tailored UCaaS / CCaaS solutions and negotiate to close deals
- Collaborate with presales, technical consulting and internal teams to translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and in relevant networks
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in UCaaS or the telecommunications sector
- Proven track record in building new customer relationships
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style, persistence and strong closing skills
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and convert them into successful business outcomes
- Confident handling of C-level stakeholders and complex decision-making processes
- Excellent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) skills, and willingness to travel across Germany
- Permanent employment contract
