Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing Total Rewards functions
- Proven track record leading large-scale HRIS implementations
- Strong knowledge of global labor law compliance
- Experience building and scaling People processes
- Strong executive presence
- Clear, concise communicator
