About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver comprehensive commercial onboarding programs to ensure new sales hires are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to succeed.
- Design and implement engaging training content that supports continuous learning and development for the sales organization.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership, Product and Marketing teams to identify training needs and align content with GTM priorities.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to create compelling, interactive, and effective learning experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales training and e-learning.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital training platforms to deliver, and track and continuously improve training initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning across the commercial org.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and e-learning content development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with learning management systems/sales enablement platforms like Cornerstone, Allego, etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact sales training programs.
