About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with clients to understand technology needs and propose solutions
- Ensure smooth operation and security of IT infrastructure
- Accountable for administrative duties including customer questions and data entry management
- Monitor computer and network operations, perform backup/recovery functions
- Act as liaison between hotel customers and teams
- Implement daily operation, support, integrity, and security of technology and data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proactive and independent IT technical expert
- Thorough working knowledge of information technology and infrastructure administration
- Skilled communicator on all levels
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to hotel portfolio
- Knowledge of computers, servers, and networks
- Experience with Microsoft Products (Windows Server, Windows 10, Azure, SharePoint, Office 365)
- Familiarity with VMWare, Cisco, Meraki, HP, and Lenovo products
- Knowledge of hospitality driven applications (POS, PMS, Keys, Systems)
- Advanced understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols
