About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work 100% onsite at a client site in Riverside, CA
- Engage with clients to understand technology needs
- Propose solutions for IT infrastructure operation and security
- Field customer questions, maintain customer information, and manage data entry
- Monitor computer and network operations, perform backup/recovery functions
- Act as liaison between hotel customers and teams
- Implement daily operation and support for technology and data security
- Support active directory, email systems, virtualization, and monitoring software
- Communicate effectively with exceptional customer service to client portfolio
- Identify and correct all LAN and WAN issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proactive and independent IT technical expert
- Experience with IT technical support responsibilities
- Thorough working knowledge of information technology and infrastructure administration
- Knowledge of computers, servers, and networks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows Server 2012 - present, Windows 10, Azure, SharePoint, Office 365)
- Knowledge of VMWare, Cisco, Meraki, HP, and Lenovo hardware
- Knowledge of hospitality-driven applications (POS, PMS, Keys, Sales & Marketing Systems, etc.) preferred
- Advanced understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols.
