About the role

  • Define, document, and own end-to-end solution architecture for complex .NET-based applications and integrations.
  • Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across development teams.
  • Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance forums.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology choices including cloud platforms (Azure), frameworks, and third-party services.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements — performance, security, scalability, and resilience — are embedded in every design.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and solution presentations with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives for non-technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities and driving satisfaction.
  • Produce and present architecture roadmaps, solution proposals, and executive briefing materials.
  • Partner with Project Managers and PMO leads to define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers.
  • Provide architecture-level estimates and input into project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Oversee technical workstreams, unblocking teams and resolving cross-functional dependencies.
  • Maintain delivery accountability through steering committee reporting and executive status updates.
  • Champion Agile/SAFe delivery practices while ensuring architectural integrity is preserved throughout sprints.
  • Mentor and coach senior developers and lead engineers, elevating team-wide technical capability.
  • Conduct architectural onboarding for new team members on complex programs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on technical screening and skills assessment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a solutions architect role.
  • Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem: C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, .NET 6/8.
  • Proven experience architecting cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Service Bus, Azure SQL, API Management).
  • Strong command of microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and DDD patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles — presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with PMO disciplines: project governance, risk management, delivery reporting, and change control.
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and DevSecOps practices.
  • Proficiency in API design (REST, GraphQL) and integration patterns (ESB, messaging, event streaming).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce high-quality technical and business documentation.
Benefits
  • A collaborative team culture built on curiosity and respect
  • Challenging work where your contributions clearly matter
  • A leadership team that invests in learning and development
  • The opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI innovation
