About the role

  • Assess land plots for PV and BESS installations in cooperation with Nexun’s in-house GIS department (Vmap).
  • Prepare project layouts and detailed designs using technical software (AutoCAD, Glint, PVCase) and perform yield calculations (PVSyst) to optimize technical and financial performance.
  • Manage permitting processes (PAS/AU) up to “Ready to Build” status, including liaising with local authorities and public bodies, coordinating co-developers and service providers, organizing data rooms, tracking project status, and providing risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Control project timelines and milestones, providing regular reporting to management.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing the development phase of Medium Voltage solar energy projects (PAS/AU).
  • Hands-on experience with grid applications and DNO/TSO web portals.
  • Solid understanding of environmental constraints, legal/technical documentation, and negotiation processes.
  • Goal-oriented with strong focus on timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience collaborating across teams in France, Germany, Austria, and Italy.
  • Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and good English skills.
