About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee a team of Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers
Ensure safety protocols are followed on project sites
Manage customer accounts/projects from procurement to commissioning
Provide technical support and maintain customer satisfaction
Oversee customer accounts, project teams, and manage finances
Coordinate logistics and advocate for customer needs
Establish, measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5-10 years of combined Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager experience gained in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas fields, or relevant industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required
Strong project management skills and qualifications
Ability to manage direct reports with a high degree of professionalism
Excellent customer service skills
Experience interfacing with supply chain procurement and logistics
Experience in and talent for dealing with customer support and O&M issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Passion for solar or renewable energy
Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications
Hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems a plus.
