About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system
  • Generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs
  • Work closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Coordinate and drive departments to provide associated inputs to quotations
  • Follow up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors
  • Support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team
  • Achieving / Exceeding group sales targets
  • Data cleanliness in CRM system
  • Generate Sales reports & Presentations and present to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ Years of B2B Sales Support experience
  • BS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired)
  • Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience
  • Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems
  • Proven analytical background
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel to meet customer 20% of the time
