About the role

  • Act as a senior technical advisor to the sales team for tracker system opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate technical discussions with EPCs, developers, owners, and technical consultants
  • Support RFIs, RFPs, and tenders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure technically sound solutions
  • Deliver technical presentations and training for customers and internal sales teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in utility-scale solar, power generation, or complex engineered systems
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong understanding of utility-scale solar tracker systems
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
