About the role

  • Support the sales team in all technical aspects to close more deals faster.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with prospective clients.
  • Consult on design decisions and guide complex projects through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, R&D, and others.
  • Assist with the configuration of existing products and new product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 2-4 years of experience related to utility-scale solar power systems.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role.
  • Field Engineering, Applications Engineering, Project design, or PV Modelling experience.
  • Experience deploying grid-tied equipment such as PV, Energy Storage, Transformers, or Co-generation, Solar Trackers, and Solar Power Plant Optimizing Software.
  • Knowledge of Solar, Tracker, and Storage Applications.
  • Experience working with electrical schematics.
  • Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus.
  • Self-motivated, independent, organized, technical aptitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally verbally, in writing, and with presentations.
