About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage 3PL implementation projects across LATAM.
  • Owning project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and technical workshops with 3PL/4PL partners.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
  • Support deployment activities and facilitate successful cutover.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP Supply Chain or Logistics transformation projects.
  • Proven experience delivering Third-Party Logistics (3PL) implementations.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams across international programmes.
  • Strong project governance and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and system integrators.
  • Demonstrated success managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Technical knowledge in SAP Supply Chain and Warehouse Management environments.
  • Experience with Jira and project reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the programme and pharmaceutical supply chain environments would be advantageous.
