About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage 3PL implementation projects across LATAM.
- Owning project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate governance meetings and technical workshops with 3PL/4PL partners.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
- Support deployment activities and facilitate successful cutover.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP Supply Chain or Logistics transformation projects.
- Proven experience delivering Third-Party Logistics (3PL) implementations.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams across international programmes.
- Strong project governance and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience coordinating external vendors and system integrators.
- Demonstrated success managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Technical knowledge in SAP Supply Chain and Warehouse Management environments.
- Experience with Jira and project reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the programme and pharmaceutical supply chain environments would be advantageous.
