About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
  • Ensure the quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to the creation and development of the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods).
  • Build outbound operations: identify target audiences and craft messaging in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy.
  • Analyze the conversion funnel and recommend improvements to boost performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior sales experience as a BDR is a plus.
  • Native-level Dutch and C1-level English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems are highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Collaboration – works smoothly with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Curiosity – eager to learn about the product, market, and customer needs.
  • Analytical thinking – able to interpret data and suggest improvements.
  • Goal-oriented mindset – focused on achieving targets and measuring results.
