About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
- Ensure the quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Contribute to the creation and development of the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods).
- Build outbound operations: identify target audiences and craft messaging in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy.
- Analyze the conversion funnel and recommend improvements to boost performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior sales experience as a BDR is a plus.
- Native-level Dutch and C1-level English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems are highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Collaboration – works smoothly with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Curiosity – eager to learn about the product, market, and customer needs.
- Analytical thinking – able to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Goal-oriented mindset – focused on achieving targets and measuring results.
