Business Development Representative, Spanish Market
NextlaneBusiness Development Representative generating leads through cold calling and outreach. Aiming to develop the BDR business unit for the Spanish market at a leading automotive software company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
- Control quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Help to create and develop the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods).
- Create operations: identifying the target and the message in collaboration with the sales team and the marketing team.
- Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy.
- Analyze the conversion funnel and suggest areas for improvement to boost performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A first experience in sales as BDR could be a plus.
- Native level in Spanish and C1 level in English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sales mindset, very good organization and an experience with CRM is highly expected.
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Curiosity – Eager to learn about the product, market, and customer needs.
- Analytical thinking – Able to understand data and suggest improvements.
- Goal-oriented mindset – Focused on achieving targets and measuring result.
