Platform Engineer

• Troubleshoot and mitigate voice platform related issues and support Incident resolution
• Support testing efforts of new voice features, platform types, and endpoints
• Support upgrades and migrations of platforms for life cycle management
• Manage large-scale distributed systems and ensure platform reliability
• Execute build and deployment automation; develop and maintain CI/CD and tooling
• Test new platforms, services, and features of product technology stack and operational tooling
• Provide in-day and after-hours/on-call incident response as part of a 7/24/365 Operations team
• Serve as technical liaison to product development, engineering, support, and executive level staff
• Build, maintain, and promote strong technical documentation
