About the role
- Design and develop Ethernet switches, CPU subsystems, memory, and networking interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical/thermal engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Perform system-level analysis, simulation, and rigorous validation and testing.
- Contribute to refining and implementing best practices for design processes and standards.
Requirements
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Experience in hardware system design.
- Complex circuit board design with highspeed serdes and high power ASICs.
- CPU subsystems (e.g., x86, ARM, PowerPC, BMC).
- Signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
- Power management systems (DC/DC, AC/DC) and thermal management.
- Digital logic design (VHDL, Verilog).
- Industry regulations and standards (e.g., UL, CE, FCC).
