About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support growth and customer retention for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
  • Guide customers along their DEX journey to drive growth and adoption
  • Lead and execute comprehensive customer success plans for Nexthink Enterprise customers
  • Build relationships with key leadership contacts within the customer's organization
  • Identify, track, measure and share the overall impact and value of Nexthink
  • Align with account strategies to deliver on-time renewals and achieve expansion targets
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling Nexthink services
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to understand sentiment and issues
  • Deliver DEX workshops and participate in quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to various teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager working in the Software Industry with Large Enterprise Accounts and successful adoption of SaaS
  • Ability to drive the DEX Methodology (people, process, technology, communication, value)
  • Strong business acumen for generating creative, pragmatic solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to work independently with good judgment
  • Technical background or technological savvy to learn Nexthink products and services
  • Ability to effectively manage, guide, and build rapport across the customer’s hierarchy
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organized and structured, capable of facilitating difficult/complex situations
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM processes (ITIL), or End User Compute practices
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
