About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Client Directors
- Foster resilience, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of goals
- Own end-to-end responsibility for coaching, performance management, pipeline quality
- Partner closely with your team on deal strategy, territory planning
- Serve as a hands-on field leader, regularly joining customer meetings
- Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent
- Guide career development for all direct reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams
- Drive rigorous operational excellence through accurate forecasting
- Act as the voice of the Northeast region
Requirements
- 5+ years managing a high-performing enterprise field sales team
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to exceed annual quotas in high-growth environments
- Strong experience driving both net-new enterprise acquisition and expansion
- Experience selling into Finance and Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Consulting
- Hands-on leadership style with significant time spent in the field
- Demonstrated operational rigor with exceptional forecasting accuracy
- Strong experience partnering with internal teams and external partners
- Deep understanding of technical SaaS domains such as DEX, APM, ITSM, EUC/VDI, observability, or customer experience
- Passion for developing people and building resilient, diverse teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
