About the role
- Support growth and customer retention in North America
- Responsible for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
- Guide Customers along their DEX journey following Nexthink’s DEX Methodology
- Provide support and best practices on getting started with DEXOps
- Develop a plan for adoption of DEX into the Customer’s ecosystem
- Ensure positive outcomes for customers while solidifying their long-term partnership with Nexthink
- Aligned to up to 20 Nexthink Enterprise customers
- Execute a comprehensive customer success plan
- Build relationships with key leadership contacts within the CIO organization
- Identify, define, track, measure and share the overall impact and value of Nexthink
- Deliver on-time renewals & achieve renewal targets
- Identify new opportunities for Nexthink
- Maintain regular cadence with the right Customer contacts
- Deliver DEX workshops to customers
- Act as the voice of the customer
- Update CRM database and keep customer data accurate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager working in the Software Industry with Large Enterprise Accounts
- Ability to drive the DEX Methodology (people, process, technology, communication, value)
- Strong business acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Technical background or technological savvy
- Ability to effectively manage, guide, and build rapport within the customer’s hierarchy
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized and structured
- Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM processes (ITIL), or End User Compute/Client Management practices
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (written as well as verbal).
