About the role

  • Support growth and customer retention in North America
  • Responsible for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
  • Guide Customers along their DEX journey following Nexthink’s DEX Methodology
  • Provide support and best practices on getting started with DEXOps
  • Develop a plan for adoption of DEX into the Customer’s ecosystem
  • Ensure positive outcomes for customers while solidifying their long-term partnership with Nexthink
  • Aligned to up to 20 Nexthink Enterprise customers
  • Execute a comprehensive customer success plan
  • Build relationships with key leadership contacts within the CIO organization
  • Identify, define, track, measure and share the overall impact and value of Nexthink
  • Deliver on-time renewals & achieve renewal targets
  • Identify new opportunities for Nexthink
  • Maintain regular cadence with the right Customer contacts
  • Deliver DEX workshops to customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer
  • Update CRM database and keep customer data accurate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager working in the Software Industry with Large Enterprise Accounts
  • Ability to drive the DEX Methodology (people, process, technology, communication, value)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Technical background or technological savvy
  • Ability to effectively manage, guide, and build rapport within the customer’s hierarchy
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organized and structured
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM processes (ITIL), or End User Compute/Client Management practices
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written as well as verbal).
