About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate Accounts Receivable activities for construction projects
Interact frequently with employees from Operations and Sales groups, and with customers
Prepare and issue monthly AIA pay applications to customers
Monitor aging reports to ensure payments are up to date
Follow up with customers to facilitate collection of payment
Process lien waiver requests and send lien notices
Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation
Generate accurate and timely invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor or equivalent degree or 1-2 years of construction AR experience
Accounting or Customer Service experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Experience with Procore or Levelset is preferred but not required
