About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and finalize a development program according to strict deadlines and within budget
Work collaboratively with project teams to determine critical milestones and deliverables on programs
Liaison with project managers to build relationships vital to the success of the project
Direct, develop and manage Program/Project Development from beginning to end
Develop and manage budget for projects and accountability for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Conduct project assessments and generate recommendations report

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline
10+ years' experience in Project or Program Management Software, IT or similar experience
6+ years of experience in management role, preferably in program management
6+ years' experience in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service
Exceptional knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
