About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and manage data models and architecture for large-scale healthcare data.
Develop and implement reliable, scalable, and effective data models using tools like Fivetran, DBT, and Snowflake.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a comprehensive data architecture.
Define data models supporting data governance, quality, and master data management.
Ensure data lineage is accurately defined and documented across the data warehouse.
Implement Data Governance processes to manage data access, quality, security, and compliance.
Design and implement real-time data ingestion pipelines using Kafka or AWS Kinesis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling, data architecture, or information architecture with a focus on large-scale data warehouses.
10+ years of experience with dimensional models and relational database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, etc.).
5+ years of proven experience with modern data architectures and cloud technologies, especially AWS services and tools.
Experience with ETL tools and automation (e.g., Fivetran, DBT).
Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
Certification in Data Architecture, Cloud Technologies, or related areas is a plus.
