About the role
- Lead the overall product strategy for our Financials
- Develop and execute product strategy, informed by the product portfolio strategy as well as customer and market input
- Partner closely with the engineering team to execute on product roadmaps
- Work collaboratively with the CPO to formulate and lead a strategic plan for product growth
- Maintain a deep understanding of NextGen’s prospects, customers, competitors and partners
- Oversee product releases to ensure alignments between product, support and service operations
- Establish and maintain a robust product lifecycle management framework
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field
- 12+ years of increasingly responsible and relevant leadership experience in software product management
- Deep healthcare/healthcare IT industry experience in either an Ambulatory or Acute Healthcare environment
- Strong expertise in managing product development cycles
- Experience writing business cases, performing market analysis, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing backlogs for solutions across multiple markets
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Must be financially savvy, aligning product strategy with company financial goals
