About the role
- Responsible for aligned Application Services clients and their experience
- Manage operational aspects of aligned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive client outcomes while working with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall client experience
- Monitor progress and performance of support cases
- Identify and gather resources to resolve complex support issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years experience in Project Management, Account Management and/or Support
- PMP Certification
- NextGen Solution Certifications are a plus
- Healthcare IT Project Management experience is a plus
