About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assume responsibility for all operational facets on the maintenance and repair of a wind power plant facility
  • Ensure the team's safety while maximizing performance and profitability per the operational framework
  • Devise and execute strategies to elevate maintenance practices, diagnostic capabilities, and overall operational efficiency
  • Enforce implementation of Operational Safety Policy Instructions and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Actively engage in and lead Business Lean Six Sigma processes and projects
  • Recruit, nurture, retain, guide, and advance resources at sites to uphold professional standards
  • Oversee the performance of wind field operations within the contractual scope for customers and stakeholders
  • Climb Wind Turbines (Candidate must have the ability to climb)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience in a leadership role
  • At least five years of hands-on experience in leading field services operations, preferably within wind turbines or rotating equipment
  • Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a complex organizational structure and across all levels of the Company
  • Strong executive presentation skills
  • Quality Tools and Techniques, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • Proficient in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology
  • Established track record of managing profit and loss responsibilities
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and a track record of thriving in cross-functional environments
