About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assume responsibility for all operational facets on the maintenance and repair of a wind power plant facility
Ensure the team's safety while maximizing performance and profitability per the operational framework
Devise and execute strategies to elevate maintenance practices, diagnostic capabilities, and overall operational efficiency
Enforce implementation of Operational Safety Policy Instructions and ensure compliance with regulations
Actively engage in and lead Business Lean Six Sigma processes and projects
Recruit, nurture, retain, guide, and advance resources at sites to uphold professional standards
Oversee the performance of wind field operations within the contractual scope for customers and stakeholders
Climb Wind Turbines (Candidate must have the ability to climb)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience in a leadership role
At least five years of hands-on experience in leading field services operations, preferably within wind turbines or rotating equipment
Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a complex organizational structure and across all levels of the Company
Strong executive presentation skills
Quality Tools and Techniques, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Proficient in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology
Established track record of managing profit and loss responsibilities
Exceptional analytical capabilities and a track record of thriving in cross-functional environments
