Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to obtain required federal, state, and local environmental licenses, permits, and approvals
Managing and mitigating environmental risks
Contributing to short-term and long-term development strategies
Working closely with developers, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop, document, and execute permit acquisition strategies
Performing comprehensive environmental due diligence and managing detailed schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of experience
Relevant project management experience
Strong leadership skills and behaviors
Ability to excel in multi-disciplinary settings
Experience managing or supporting projects with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
Experience managing or supporting projects with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Endangered Species Act (ESA) is required
Preferred experience with US Army Corps of Engineers and Clean Water Act
