About the role

  • Manage all aspects of various worldwide tax projects, including analyzing relevant tax law for tax planning transactions;
  • Working with foreign and domestic tax advisors to understand relevant tax rules;
  • Partnering with multiple business units to understand both domestic and foreign tax implications;
  • Reviewing financial models to illustrate the tax consequences of various alternatives
  • Work with Governmental Affairs, Investor Relations, and Communications to promote the Company's legislative priorities and assist with communications
  • Communicate complex technical tax issues to Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Negotiate, draft and review tax provisions in deal documents
  • Prepare and review technical tax memoranda
  • Manage and develop team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Juris Doctorate
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Member in Good Standing of State Bar
