About the role

  • This position will serve as the Lead Product Manager for systems and associated tools.
  • Partner closely with product teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders to design, enhance, and deliver scalable capabilities.
  • Ensure that systems support evolving business needs while advancing our XD (Experience Design) and Rewire transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the ideation, prioritization, development, and launch of new system capabilities and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated system capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration from ideation through deployment and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, usability, automation, and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 6+ years
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
