About the role
- Responsible for developing and implementing reliability engineering programs
- Lead a team of engineers or technical specialists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance
- Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risks associated with asset and system reliability
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track effectiveness
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the reliability engineering team
Requirements
- Bachelor's - Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or a related role
- 3 years of experience with reliability engineering tools and techniques
- 3 years of experience with statistical analysis
- 1 year of experience with data-driven decision-making
- 1 year of experience with project management and budgeting
- Any suitable combination of experience, education and training is acceptable.
