About the role
- This position is part of the BOS Analytics & Automation team that is responsible for delivering analytical solutions, operational insights, and process automation to support the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Billing Operations & Support group in Customer Service.
- The focus is developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, scripts, and automation tools that enable the billing operations team to monitor performance, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions.
