About the role

  • Develops, delivers and improves assigned training courses, supporting materials and instructor/student evaluations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Revises instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies
  • Provides direction and coaches less-experienced instructors
  • Serves as the training program lead to ensure all elements of assigned instruction comply with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 7+ years
  • Nuclear Experience: 7+
  • Bachelor's - Sciences
  • Bachelor's - Engineering
  • Certified Nuc Trng Instructor
  • Nuclear Specific Requirements: Bachelor's in a technical field (e.g., Math, Physical Sciences specialty, Engineering) or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Related industry OR nuclear training experience: 8+ years
