About the role
- Make outbound calls to commercial prospects
- Deliver compelling, compliant sales pitches and effectively close sales over the phone
- Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques
- Manage a pipeline of follow-up calls for leads not closed on the first call
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and lead statuses
- Enroll new customers, explaining pricing, contract terms, and services
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Comply with industry regulations and company policies during every customer interaction
- Adhere to our business casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor
- Be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Requirements
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Previous sales or call center experience is preferred
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and apply it effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines
- Ability to understand complex business needs and tailor solutions accordingly
