About the role

  • Make outbound calls to commercial prospects
  • Deliver compelling, compliant sales pitches and effectively close sales over the phone
  • Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques
  • Manage a pipeline of follow-up calls for leads not closed on the first call
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and lead statuses
  • Enroll new customers, explaining pricing, contract terms, and services
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with industry regulations and company policies during every customer interaction
  • Adhere to our business casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Previous sales or call center experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and apply it effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and tailor solutions accordingly
