About the role
- Assesses the risk of loss to company property
- Manages property claims
- Reviews policies for propriety and assists in the design and placement of insurance coverage
- Supports development of captive insurance programs
- Provides management and oversight of staff
- Reviews insurance and indemnification clauses in contracts
- Oversees primary liaison on insurance requirements
- Represents the Company on industry boards and internal committees
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 8+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter ( CPCU® ) certification (Preferred)
