About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
- Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
- Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
- Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
- Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
- Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience
- Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.
