About the role

  • Lead the prioritization, planning and execution reporting functions, working in partnership with the Technical Owner and Squad members.
  • Explore the functional aspects of CRMs, digital marketing, and patient engagement, and understand consumerization in healthcare.
  • Continuously assess and synthesize customer needs, other market demands and organizational goals and priorities to make continuous adjustments to the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate go-to-market across the organization, including sales, implementation, marketing, services, and support.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant product management experience in practice management, patient acquisition, patient management, and patient engagement.
  • Ability to bring to surface and synthesize client needs and pain-points.
  • Experience developing consumer or patient-facing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work across functional teams in a collaborative manner.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute day-to-day operational activities with clients and other functional areas.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and internal organization training.
  • Undergraduate degree
