About the role
- Produce 40+ professional tutorial videos organized by product and feature area within the production workflow and brand guidelines established by the Client Education Manager
- Create visual guides and supporting graphics that enhance client learning
- Execute video production using established templates, style guides, and brand standards
- Script, film, edit, and finalize videos that translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content
- Collaborate with Technical Writers and Instructional Designers to ensure video content complements written materials
- Partner with Product and Support teams to identify video content priorities based on client needs and common questions
- Ensure all video content is ADA-compliant with captions and accessibility features according to established compliance frameworks
- Manage video production pipeline, maintaining consistent quality and delivery timelines aligned with content roadmap priorities
- Work under the direction of the Client Education Manager to publish videos in the new library format and structure
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
Requirements
- 5+ years of video production experience, preferably in B2B software, SaaS, or technology environments
- Proven portfolio of tutorial, educational, or product demonstration videos
- End-to-end video production skills including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Experience creating accessible video content with captions and transcripts
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear visual narratives
- Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners across Support, Product, and Operations teams and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple videos simultaneously
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
