About the role

  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build financial fluency across business owners—coach leaders on drivers, unit economics, and trade-offs
  • Partner with central FP&A and Accounting for forecast inputs, variance narratives, and ad hoc executive readouts
  • Analyze recurring revenue (ARR/MRR), churn/retention, expansion, and upsell dynamics; develop insights to improve growth quality
  • Partner with Sales/CS on pipeline health, pricing/discounting discipline, and customer/product economics
  • Support go-to-market motions with cohort and product analyses, segmentation, and performance diagnostics
  • Support pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization initiatives, including post-launch performance reviews
  • Conduct SKU-level profitability analysis to identify underperforming products and opportunities for margin improvement
  • Develop pricing frameworks for new SKUs, including tiered pricing, bundling strategies, and value-based pricing models
  • Partner with Product and Sales to rationalize SKU portfolio, eliminating low-value SKUs and consolidating overlapping offerings
  • Monitor price realization and discounting trends across SKUs; implement guardrails to protect margin integrity
  • Lead packaging optimization initiatives to align offerings with customer segments, improve attach rates, and drive upsell/cross-sell
  • Build scenario models for strategic decisions (e.g., product investments, partnerships, portfolio changes)
  • Co-create datasets and dashboards with Enterprise BI; refine metric definitions and governance for ARR, churn, cohort KPIs, services utilization/margins, pipeline conversion, and customer health
  • Collaborate with BI to create SKU performance dashboards, tracking adoption, revenue contribution, and profitability by segment
  • Drive metric literacy and adoption across the organization; ensure “single source of truth” alignment
