About the role

  • Responsible for building a robust demand generation strategy focused on driving awareness, demand, and conversion through marketing programs
  • Support the demand generation process and be accountable for pipeline contribution and revenue goals
  • Partner cross-functionally, inside and outside of the Marketing Team, to drive demand for each specialty market
  • Development of campaign testing, tracking, and reporting on campaign and lead KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation or similar experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience with building campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels (e.g. email, SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, events, and industry and association partners)
  • Experience using data to develop a POV on campaign performance (sharing “what happened” & “what next”)
  • Deep experience with email marketing: designing tailored drip programs and managing customer and prospect lists
  • Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail
