About the role

  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Nextech’s solutions to assigned physician markets, primarily practices with one to two doctors.
  • This role manages the full sales lifecycle, handling client prospects from marketing leads, trade shows, inquiries, and referrals.
  • The Regional Sales Manager maintains strong customer relationships, delivers product demonstrations, and transitions new clients to the Client Success Manager for ongoing support.
  • All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes, or significant experience working in a healthcare practice within specialties like plastic surgery or dermatology.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Professional demeanor in phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to partner with peers, prospects, and clients.
  • Positive outlook, accountability for actions, adaptability to change, and solution focused.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings.
