About the role
- The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Nextech’s solutions to assigned physician markets, primarily practices with one to two doctors.
- This role manages the full sales lifecycle, handling client prospects from marketing leads, trade shows, inquiries, and referrals.
- The Regional Sales Manager maintains strong customer relationships, delivers product demonstrations, and transitions new clients to the Client Success Manager for ongoing support.
- All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes, or significant experience working in a healthcare practice within specialties like plastic surgery or dermatology.
- Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Professional demeanor in phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to partner with peers, prospects, and clients.
- Positive outlook, accountability for actions, adaptability to change, and solution focused.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings.
