Marketing Operations

• Accept and process leads across a variety of sources.
• Conduct regular audits of the database to ensure data cleanliness.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Participate in the paid advertising implementation process, including digital marketing efforts with Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media avenues.

• Report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement to measure success and identify areas of improvement.
• Participate, along with the whole Marketing Team, in new marketing activities and campaigns.

Marketing Operations Specialist

Consultant

• Lead specific parts of Acumatica projects and expand consulting skills
• Implement and support Acumatica ERP for new and existing customers
• Design, product configuration, testing, data conversion and go-live support
• Provide detailed consulting estimates and implementation project plans
• Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships with customers
• Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with stakeholders
• Complete and provide weekly status reports and follow Acumatica’s methodologies
• Achieve utilization targets (maintain 75% utilization on average annual basis)
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in at least one focus area and intermediate in others
• Lead requirements gathering and design activities; interact with Consulting and Client teams
• Oversee and guide configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities for medium complexity

Customer Success Manager

• Ensure every client is successful, satisfied, and eager to continue partnering with us as the trusted advisor and advocate for ERP customers
• Proactively engage customers to maximize value, resolve challenges, and maintain strong, lasting relationships that drive retention and loyalty
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ERP customers after implementation
• Build deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers and power users; act as the customer’s internal champion
• Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, and feedback; conduct monthly business reviews to assess satisfaction, ERP adoption, and ROI
• Implement action plans to resolve dissatisfaction quickly and prevent churn; identify customer success stories for advocacy
• Lead escalation management; coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure root causes and preventative measures are implemented
• Develop renewal strategies in advance of contract expiration; partner with account management and sales on upsell/expansion opportunities
• Track retention KPIs and take corrective action when risk is identified
