Account Manager

• You are the primary owner of our relationships with partners—including cities, transport companies, and franchisees.
• You will ensure the financial sustainability of our systems in Portugal and Spain and strategically position us for successful re-tenders.
• You’ll lead and manage the full partner lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for municipalities and transport authorities.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and proactive communication regarding service changes and needs.
• Own the financial performance of your assigned systems, managing accurate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and identifying growth opportunities to increase rental revenues.
• Drive commercial expansion by identifying selling opportunities for fleet expansions, new features, advertising sales, and B2B services.
• Ensure contractual compliance by monitoring adherence to SLAs and internal KPIs to maintain the highest service quality.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing teams to plan localized campaigns and pursue sponsorship opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor during expansion handovers and project implementation phases, ensuring smooth transitions and safety compliance.
• Escalate and resolve challenges promptly, from operational failures to financial blockers, ensuring a solution-oriented approach.
