About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Close collaboration with the founding team on strategic and operational finance topics
Active contribution to financials, reports, and investor materials
Support in building investor-ready financial and KPI setups
Analysis and preparation of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn, runway, cohort analyses)
Assistance with financial modeling (forecasts, scenarios, budget planning)
Preparation and maintenance of investor-readiness materials (pitch decks, KPI sheets, data rooms, reporting structures)
Market, competitor, and benchmark analyses (SaaS, audit/QM, GRC)
Support for strategic projects (pricing, GTM, expansion, tooling)
Operational support for the founders' day-to-day activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or similar)
Strong analytical and numbers-driven mindset
Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, modeling, well-structured spreadsheets)
Interest in startups, SaaS, VC, fundraising, and company building
High self-initiative, reliability, and sense of ownership
Excellent German language skills (C2) and good English skills
