Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including handling workplace disputes and advising clients
Four + years of experience in Employment Litigation, including managing cases and representing clients in legal proceedings
Proficiency in legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Strong skills in writing and filing motions and other legal documentation
Active bar membership in good standing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal cases, including high-value claims
CA Bar license mandatory; NY Bar license is a plus
