About the role

  • Onboarding new participants: You welcome new members, explain the first steps in our program, and make their entry easy.
  • Creating individual concepts: You develop individual concepts for our participants and present them during a strategy session.
  • Supporting our participants through to shop launch: You help them overcome technical hurdles, set up their shop correctly, and achieve their goals.
  • Collecting feedback, reviews, and success stories: You ensure our participants' successes become visible—both internally and externally.
  • Further development of our programs: You actively contribute to the ongoing development of our programs.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify (e.g., through your own Shopify projects or work at an agency or e-commerce company).
  • You can explain technical Shopify questions in an understandable way.
  • You work in a structured, self-responsible manner and think with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You love helping people progress—whether 1:1 or through the community.
  • Experience with coaching, educational formats, or community management is a plus.
