About the role
- As an Online Marketing Manager, you take strategic responsibility for the performance of selected e-commerce clients.
- You develop scalable marketing strategies, manage implementation together with our clients, and ensure that advertising budgets are converted into profitable growth.
- Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies for e-commerce brands with a focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads & email marketing.
- Support clients in managing and optimizing Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Develop creative strategies (ad angles, hooks, testing frameworks).
- Support landing page optimization & conversion rate optimization.
- Contribute to offer building and positioning for clients.
- Analyze KPIs (ROAS, MER, CAC, CLV, etc.) and derive concrete actions.
- Work closely with clients at a strategic level.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in performance marketing within an e-commerce environment
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo or comparable tools)
- Strategic thinker: you understand that performance is not created solely in the ads manager
- Confident with numbers, KPIs and business logic
- Structured, self-directed way of working
- Clear communication and a confident client-facing manner
- Very good German language skills.
